Teaching Carnival

#17 is due up later today at silver in sf, #18 is scheduled for Dec. 15 at Xoom, and yours truly will be hosting #19 on Jan. 29. So keep those teaching posts coming! I will expect a lot of well-fed, well-rested contemplations after the holidays.

Well-rested contemplations? Yeah, right. More like "Holy crap, classes start in three minutes and I haven't chosen the textbook -- AAAIIIIIIEEEEE!!!!"

Heh! My partner TAed for a guy, many moons ago, who met him at the end of August and said, "I forgot to order the books. But I think we can turn that into a plus."

Needless to say, it wasn't.
