About Political Science

The Political Science Department at UNBSJ allows students the opportunity to analyze how and why governments make the decisions they do and to assess the impact of those decisions on citizens, social groups, business and the world community. In political science, students acquire the skills to investigate issues involving law, policy and politics; to organize and analyze complex research materials and to clearly write and present reports for government and general audiences.
