The Executive meets once a week to discuss issues that are relevant to all graduate students and plan both academic and non-academic events to bring graduate students together.
President -
acts as representative for graduate students of UNBSJ, chairs executive and council meetings, and assists the executive with their respective roles
VP-Internal -
deals with any issues relating to the Saint John campus as they pertain to UNBSJ graduate students
VP-External -
deals with inter-campus issues and community relations as they pertain to UNBSJ graduate students
VP-Communications -
relays information decided by the exec to UNBSJ graduate students and maintains the GSA UNBSJ website
VP-Finance -
creates and manages the GSA UNBSJ budget
The departmental representatives attend their respective department meetings and relay important information back to the GSA at monthly council meetings.
