Your housing search should therefore be enjoyable. UNB Saint John Residences are also home for many students. Residence life offers a unique living and learning atmosphere that promotes academic achievement, and enriches your UNB Saint John experience. Living on campus means easy access to the library, computer labs, athletic facilities and sporting, social and cultural campus events. The Off-Campus Housing Office provides information to assist students in finding comfortable housing in Saint John. We also advise, counsel and advocate on behalf of students regarding housing issues. The following web pages will provide you with basic guidelines in finding an apartment, a room in a home, or roommate. We strongly advise that you arrive at least two weeks before your studies begin in order to secure off-campus accommodation. It is also recommended that you personally view any accommodations before agreeing to rent or lease, as standards vary.
