Each year in January timetable scheduling sheets for the following year are produced and distributed to the various faculties. Deans, Chairs and Timetable coordinators work in conjunction within their own units and with other stakeholders to compile a timetable for the following academic year. They must ensure the students are provided with courses, which meet core requirements of the various programs, including majors, minors and concentrations. The Registrar’s Office reviews the timetable from a global perspective, to ensure that students have both choice and flexibility in determining their schedules. The timetable information is made available to the students in a timely manner, assuring a natural progression to advising and pre-registration in mid-March for current students, and late May for those newly admitted.
