Looking for summer accommodations? From May until August the residences at UNB Saint John operate as a summer hotel. We are proud to offer clean, comfortable, and affordable accommodations to individual or group travelers to our city.
UNB Saint John has two residences, each with a different style of accommodations.
- The Dr. Colin B. Mackay Residence has 76 two-bedroom suites to offer summer travelers. Each suite has two bedrooms, ensuite bath and a kitchenette. Each bedroom has a double bed, private phone line with free local calls, free high speed internet access, desk, dresser and closet. The majority of our suites are equipped with televisions.
- The Sir James Dunn Residence has 43 single and 3 double guest rooms. These are the traditional dormitory style accommodation. Each single room is equipped with an extra long single bed, private phone line with free local calls, free high speed internet access, sink and vanity, desk, dresser and armoir. The double rooms have the same amenities for 2 persons.
