The Sir James Dunn Residence is a non-smoking, co-ed security locked building
built in 1993, accommodates 68 persons in a non-smoking environment that
overlooks the beautiful Kennebecasis River. Each bedroom is fully furnished and includes local phone service, high-speed internet and cable television connections. Adjacent to the Thomas J. Condon
Student Centre, the residence is connected to the Ward Chipman Library,
G. Forbes Elliot Athletics Centre and a host of academic buildings via
an extensive network of tunnels. You need never venture outside!
The Dr. Colin B. Mackay Residence, which was designed with input from our own students, offers 169 beds in the form of spacious double suites. Suites include two single bedrooms, kitchenette, complete with microwave and fridge and private three-piece bath. Each room is furnished with a bed, desk set and standard house amenities include furnished TV rooms and study lounges, high-speed internet connection and community kitchen and laundry facilities. The Mackay Residence is non-smoking,co-ed and security locked and is connected by pedway to the Thomas J. Condon Student Centre.

ROOM ASSIGNMENTS 2009 - 2010
NOTICE: RESIDENCE SPACES AVAILABLE FOR SEPTEMBER 2009. CONTACT RESIDENCE OFFICE RES@UNBSJ.CA FOR INFORMATION ON HOW TO APPLY.
Room assignments for this coming year are available:
Students can access their room assignments through “My UNB e-Services” using their Login ID and PIN and selecting the “Residence” tab. Please note the following:
- After entering “My UNB e-Services” with your Login ID and PIN, you should click on the “Residence” tab and then select Fall 2008 as the Term. You can also see your Winter 2009 room assignment by selecting Winter 2009 which should be the same as your Fall 2009 room assignment
- To use this service, you must have activated your computer account and created your PIN. If not yet done, you can do so through “My UNB e-Services” by selecting “Activate your IT Services”.
- If you do not know your login ID, please search your name under the UNB Phone Book.
