Poster Policy
Posters may be posted on designated bulletin boards on campus.
Please note the following:
- Designated bulletin boards MUST be used; posters found in any other location will be removed.
- Contact information must appear on the poster.
- Maximum poster size is 11” x 17”.
- Only one poster describing a particular activity may be placed on any one board.
- Posters may not overlap existing posters; however, posters may be rearranged.
- All posters must conform to the laws of Canada and the laws of New Brunswick.
- All posters must conform to current human rights legislation.
- All posters must conform to existing UNB regulations.
- Posters may not advertise Off-campus for-profit businesses.
- Posters may not advertise off-campus alcohol focused events.
- Posters using alcohol related templates may only be used to advertise on-campus alcohol related events.
- No poster considered to be blatantly offensive will be allowed.
- All posters and brochures will be removed from designated bulletin boards on March 1, June 1 and December 1.
- UNB Saint John reserves the right to remove any and all posters at any time.
